Gladius Hotels & Suites Parramatta, An Ascend Hotel Collection

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is great, although it's situated at the top of a steep hill, it is just one block away from the shopping mall and restaurants. Service was fantastic, with room service and housekeeping available. I was also given a welcome drink upon check-in, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and had all the amenities including air conditioning, mini-bar, and a soundproofed room, which made for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Recommend this place to everyone, there is not a thing I didn't like about it.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites - Parramatta Marsden Street, An Ihg. The room facilities werenice and neat, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was also excellent, with the shopping center and train station within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to attend to any request or need. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Exceptionally clean and new, friendly staff, modern and comfortable surrounds, convenient location to Westfield Parramatta and public transport, free laundry facilities.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area with close proximity to the children's hospital, Parramatta train station, and Westfield shopping center. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a decent selection of free movies in the room, and the hotel also offers a fitness center for those wanting to stay active.

The parking situation can be a bit challenging as there are limited spaces available and it is necessary to book in advance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The modern room was nice and the beds were very comfy. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool and comfortable. Despite being close to a main road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The location was excellent, as it was well located near the train station and within walking distance of shops and eateries at Westfield. I also appreciated the option for overnight parking at a nearby facility for a reasonable price.
